Formwork rental: Our offer

TEKKO HUNNEBECK WALL FORMWORK / MINIBOX

Tekko formwork is a lightweight formwork system for manual assembly, primarily designed for shuttering strip foundations, foundation walls, tie beams, as well as reinforced concrete walls and square or rectangular columns.

Available panel heights are 90, 120, and 150 cm, with widths ranging from 90 to 5 cm, allowing us to shutter any project, even the most complex wall design. Panels are connected using one-piece wedge clamps. The panel lining consists of double-sided laminated and waterproof plywood, which can be easily replaced. The largest 90x150 panel weighs 44 kg, allowing it to be handled and assembled by one person without the use of a crane. Despite the low weight, the permissible concrete pressure on the panels is 40 kN/m². Using all equipment elements, we are able to shutter a wall up to a height of 350 cm much faster than with traditional timber shuttering.

RASTO HUNNEBECK WALL FORMWORK / MIDIBOX

Rasto formwork is a wall formwork system that can be assembled on-site in two variants:

  • Without a crane – panels ranging from 25 to 90 cm in width
  • With a crane – panels with widths greater than 90 cm

Rasto formwork features a full range of panels with heights of 150, 270, and 300 cm, and the permissible concrete pressure in this system is 60 kN/m². The Rasto clamp connects the shuttering elements in a way that prevents separation and aligns the panels in a single plane. The Rasto system is primarily intended for shuttering reinforced concrete walls and columns up to 6 m in height, and thanks to adjustable corners, it is possible to shutter acute and obtuse angles ranging from 60 to 150 degrees.

MANTO HUNNEBECK WALL FORMWORK

Manto is the heaviest formwork system available in our rental service. Thanks to its 14 cm thick hot-dip galvanized profile, it is an exceptionally durable shuttering system. The maximum shuttering height is up to 10 m, and the permissible fresh concrete pressure is 80 kN/m². The panel design allows MANTO panels to be used in both vertical and horizontal positions. Extensions and other additional equipment expand the range of applications and ensure particularly safe and economical formwork and concrete work. The "lever edge" in the bottom outer profile allows for the alignment of the set panels using a crowbar. Eight or ten identical cross ribs provide multiple connection possibilities for accessories and support the 18 mm thick formwork plywood.

Using the MANTO clamp, all vertical, horizontal, and extension formwork elements are connected tightly and strongly, aligning the panels with each other. The MANTO clamp allows for the movement of large formwork areas without the need for additional reinforcing walers. It can be operated using either the MANTO ratchet wrench or a hammer. Using the MANTO ratchet wrench ensures effortless and quiet work and also protects the material.

TRADITIONAL SLAB FORMWORK / VARIOMAX

The slab formwork set includes:

  • Slab props with heights from 0.9 m to 7 m
  • H20 wooden beams with lengths from 100 cm to 590 cm
  • Three-layer panels with a thickness of 21 mm or 27 mm
  • Tripods
  • Four-way heads

What are the advantages of the slab formwork system?

  • Very easy and fast assembly
  • Safety
  • Possibility of multiple reuses of the same materials
  • High product quality
  • Stripped surfaces do not require plastering

TOPEC HUNNEBECK SLAB FORMWORK SYSTEM

The TOPEC system by HÜNNEBECK is an efficient and reliable slab formwork system for manual assembly. The system consists of only two basic elements: the panel and the prop. Panels with aluminum frames are very lightweight and handy. The frames are powder-coated, which prevents concrete adhesion and facilitates cleaning. The high-quality lining has protected edges and enables the repeated achievement of top-quality concrete surfaces. Any type of steel or aluminum prop can be used with the TOPEC system.

Available Topec panel dimensions are: 180x180, 180x90, 180x75, 180x60, 180x45, 180x30, 90x90, 90x60, 90x75, 90x60, 90x45.

ID15 SUPPORT TOWERS / PERI ST SLAB FORMWORK

What are support towers? The ID 15 frame prop by HÜNNEBECK is a load-bearing scaffolding system with a cross-section of 1.00 x 1.00 m. The maximum tower load capacity is up to 200 kN, and the height range is from 1.42 m to 20 m. Assembly is possible vertically and horizontally, and the entire tower can be moved using a crane.

Frame props, depending on the height, can be assembled from standard 100 cm or 133 cm frames, or a combination of these frames and 33 cm module supplementary elements.

The head and screw base allow for stepless adjustment of the tower height to the required support level.

The welded frames consist of hot-dip galvanized steel tubes.

The weight of a support tower, including the head, screw base, cross rungs, and platforms, is approximately 45-55 kg per meter of height, depending on the assembly height.

Articulated head and screw base plates allow for slope compensation of up to 6%. The total adjustment range on the head and screw base, according to approval, is max. 33.00 cm.

Thanks to the use of standard frames mounted with a 90° offset, the towers have the same stiffness in all vertical planes.

The legs consist of tubes with an outer diameter of Ø 48.3 mm, and standard scaffolding couplers can be used for connections.

Flexibility of solutions in formwork rental

Formwork rental is a solution that perfectly responds to the dynamically changing needs of the construction market. Clients can adjust the type and quantity of formwork to the specifics of the project, regardless of its scale. This avoids problems resulting from incorrect equipment selection. Rental companies often offer additional services such as transport, assembly, or technical advice, making rental an even more convenient and comprehensive solution for investors.

Reducing formwork storage problems

Buying formwork involves the need for proper storage, which can be problematic, especially for smaller companies. Formwork rental avoids these difficulties as the equipment is returned to the rental company immediately after the work is finished. This means no need to invest in additional storage space and no responsibility for maintaining the equipment in proper condition over a long period. Rental is not only a financial saving but also a matter of convenience and the elimination of unnecessary logistical duties.
