We would like to show You BrickWood modular houses technology. BrickWood is a construction technology based on the use of modular wooden blocks for the construction of exterior and interior walls of buildings. The system is based on the BrickWood block, made of the highest quality, environmentally friendly materials, which possesses excellent thermal and structural parameters. The system's modularity allows for ease of construction, shorter construction times, and reduced human resource requirements. The BrickWood modular block set is designed for the construction of load-bearing and non-load-bearing exterior and interior walls of buildings up to three stories high. Within a single story, a wall can be constructed with a maximum of eight layers of blocks. BrickWood technology can be used to construct walls in rooms of use categories I, II, III, and IV according to EAD 210005-00-0505. The technology assumes compatibility with other components supplied by the manufacturer, which is subject to factory production control. Technical Parameters, according to the PN-EN-13165 standard (as shown in the National Technical Assessment No. ITB-KOT-2020/1548, Issue 2):

- Declared thermal conductivity coefficient for mineral wool: 0.035 W/mK

- Compressive strength: 1.26-1.65 MPa

- Resistance to soft and hard body impact: Use category IV

- Creep: k(mod) = 0.49-1.10, K(def) = 1.90-2.68

- Air permeability: C = 0.0150 m3/(hPan)

- Emission of volatile organic compounds: no exceedances
