The thread is internal. Minimum/maximum application heights are: 0.5/0.8, 0.8/1.3, 1.1/1.8, 1.5/2.5, 1.7/3.0, 1.8/3.2, 2.0/3.5, 2.2/4.0, 2.4/4.5, and 2.8/5.0 m for each type.
